Position Leader: NextGen Pastor
Position Summary: The Elementary Pastor provides oversight, vision, and direction of
programming for kids 1st-5th grades.
Approx. Time per Week: 40-50 hours Full Time; Sundays, Wednesdays, and office hours. Hours
flexible depending on the events and activities at StoneBridge.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following items:
Responsible for developing and planning all programming aspects of StoneBridge Hollow’s Elementary Ministry at a central level that lines up with the KidMin vision.
Envisions and creates engaging large and small group environments in which kids encounter God and begin to develop their own faith. This includes Sunday and Wednesday programming for:
- Elementary (1st-5th grades)
Works with NextGen Pastor and KidMin Campus Pastors to implement special events such as
- Camp StoneBridge Hollow
- Journey Classes
- SBKids Camp
Works with KidMin Campus Pastors to develop a strong volunteer leadership structure within Elementary KidMin
Takes part in Elementary Volunteer training opportunities
Visits each StoneBridge campus to coach and encourage Elementary volunteers at each campus and to ensure the Elementary Ministry vision and direction is carried through at each campus.
Supports all parent partnership opportunities and family-focused events as a representative of the KidMin Team.
Performs all other duties assigned by the NextGen Pastor.
